Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we can only accept returns on products that are electrically defective merchandise.
Due to the ease of duplication, videos and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is not broken.
All returns must be pre-authorized. Prior to returning any defective products please email us with Return in the subject line. Please be sure to include your order number, name, address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return. You may also call us at (512)203-4465 Monday- Friday 8am-4pm EST prior to sending the product back.
You must notify us within 48 hours.
Returns must be recieved within 10 days of receipt for exchange.
All returns are for exchange only.
When returning your package be sure to include the following:
Order number
A note explaining the problem with the merchandise.
